The following Rental Department obligations and procedures were designed to provide you with a qualified tenant for one low flat fee.

Obligations and Procedures

*Transaction Brokerage Relationship ensures promptness is renting your investment.

*Credit, criminal background, rental history and reference check

*Multiple Listing Services (MLS)

*Broker Reciprocity

*Marketing campaign including various websites, signage (if applicable) and flyers

Lockbox

Agent assisted showings ensures proper care toward your asset.

*Completion of contracts and all related forms including association forms and fee collection

*Assist tenant with utility transfers

* Provide final walk-through and inspection report upon tenant possession

*Provide the quantity of monthly rent envelopes per lease agreement with owner's address to the tenant allowing tenants to pay their rent directly to the owner.

*Collection of initial rent payment, security deposit and advance rents

*Follow up with tenants to ensure renewal placement

*Perform final inspection at the end of each lease term

*Provide Handyman Assistance at owners request for repairs and maintenance
